Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a small processing fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items and the packing slip into the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return until it reaches our distribution center.
